Stephanie Lynam is the Office Manager at Bermuda Veterinary Services, where she oversees the daily administration and operations. With over six years of dedicated service, Stephanie plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office.

Since joining Bermuda Veterinary Services as a Veterinary Receptionist, Stephanie’s professionalism, organisational skills, and commitment to client care have earned her progressive leadership responsibilities. In her current role, she manages office operations, timekeeping and payroll coordination, accounts payable and receivable, facilities management, and coordinates shipping and customs clearance for our medical and retail shipments.

Stephanie’s strong background in administration and customer service, combined with her passion for supporting both clients and colleagues, makes her an invaluable member of the Bermuda Veterinary Services team. Her calm, solution-focused approach helps maintain a welcoming and well-run environment for pets, owners, and staff alike.
