Before your pet's first visit for medical care, grooming or a boarding stay with us, we ask that you have your vet email their medical records to bermudavets@bermudavets.bm — including their full health history, vaccination status and deworming details.
This is standard intake for every pet that comes onto our premises, and it serves two purposes. First, it lets our team care for your pet with a full picture of their health, so nothing important gets missed. Second, because pets share our space — especially in grooming and boarding — confirming each pet's health and vaccination status protects your pet, every other animal in our care and our team.
It's a simple step, and our team is happy to help if you're not sure how to get your records sent over. All veterinarians in Bermuda are familiar with this process and willing to assist.
